XMC bag dust collector adopts diameter φ 130, length of 2 ~ 6m cloth bag filter bag, filter bag according to the font layout, structure played tightly.

◆ Pulse jet cleaning ash, ash cleaning effect is good

XMC bag dust collector adopts compressed air pulse cleaning, and the air source pressure is between 0.5-0.7MPa. The pulse cleaning system is composed of PLC controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, compressed air bag and other components. The compressed air inlet of the pulse valve is connected with the air bag, the solenoid valve ejector is aligned with the bag filter outlet, and the solenoid valve control line is connected with the PLC controller. The action of solenoid valve is intelligently controlled by PLC controller, and the cleaning effect is good.

◆ Clean the top of the room for bag change, easy maintenance

The cleaning room of XMC type bag dust collector is on the top of the equipment, and the cloth bag is installed on the bottom plate of the cleaning room. There is an access door at the top of the cleaning room, and it is convenient to open the access door to replace the filter cloth bag.
